Position: Management Trainee Key Responsibilities • Support and oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service excellence. • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service crew members. • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, quality, and hygiene standards. • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly. • Manage administrative tasks such as inventory control, staff scheduling, and reporting. Compensation & Benefits • Starting Salary (based on qualifications): ○ GCE N/O/A Levels: $2,700 ○ Polytechnic Diploma: $2,800 ○ University Degree: $2,900 • Additional Perks: ○ $100 salary increment upon successful completion of the confirmation period. Work Schedule • 6-day work week • 9-hour rotating shifts • Weekend and Public Holiday availability required • Willing to work night shift
