Job Title: Full Stack Developer Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days WFH / 2 Days Onsite – Makati) Job Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be part of a cross-functional team handling the entire software development lifecycle — from concept and design to deployment and support. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, understands modern development frameworks, and is comfortable working with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations. Someone with a keen eye for usability, clean code practices, and Agile collaboration will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture Develop responsive and visually appealing front-end interfaces Build, optimize, and maintain databases and backend applications Develop and integrate APIs, Web Services, and UI/UX components Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility Maintain technical documentation, system designs, and code standards Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and security Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology Technical Skills Programming & Web Technologies C# PHP JavaScript HTML5, CSS3 jQuery, AJAX MVC Architecture Database Management MS SQL Server MySQL Tools & Other Skills Git / GitHub or other version control systems Familiarity with common development stacks API integration and web services development
