About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for permanent placements in the Technology, Engineering, and Financial Services sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, with a mix of stable income and strong earning potential through commission. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles in tech, engineering, and finance. • Build strong client relationships and understand specific hiring needs. • Source and attract top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals. • Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and cultural fit. • Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding coordination. • Achieve a monthly placement quota of PHP 150,000, totaling PHP 450,000 per quarter. • Maintain candidate and client records in the ATS and provide timely status updates. • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced RPO environment. • Strong track record in permanent placements, especially in technology, engineering, or financial roles. • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs. • Knowledge of labor market trends and Philippine employment practices is a plus.
